We continuously implement extensive security measures, adapting them to the current situation and the official regulations. Our measures in the Bio-Pension Juliana:
- A comprehensive thorough cleaning and disinfection according to the plan of the surfaces, door handles, sanitary facilities, wellness
- Depending on the occupancy, we stagger the breakfast service in order to avoid too much rush at the breakfast buffet. If you have booked a double room with breakfast, we will be happy to serve breakfast in your room.
- When booking an apartment with a kitchen, we ask you to prepare breakfast yourself this winter.
- There is a schedule for using the sauna.
- Hand disinfection in public areas
- Free mouth and nose protection for our guests
- Your booked room will be disinfected and cleaned according to strict requirements
- Our employees and we, the Walch family, as hosts, are tested for Covid 19 on a weekly basis

Cancellation conditions winter 21/22
Above all, we as hosts want to ensure that you can start your vacation with a feeling of security. Of course, there are no cancellation fees should there be an official hotel closure. Otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply:
No cancellation fees up to 2 weeks before arrival
Up to 8 days before arrival 50% of the stay without guest tax
In the case of cancellation 7 days before the day of arrival, no-shows or early departure, we charge 100% of the stay.
We are constantly adapting our cancellation conditions to the current situation.
